ASSY Plus VG Fully Threaded Self Tapping Structural Wood Screw

The "plus" in the name of the screw shows that it is a screw with a drilling point.

The ASSY plus VG is a universal screw which can above all be used in the wood glue sector, the carpentry, the wood and modular construction. These screws are especially suitable for: coupled purlins, ledgers, notch and opening reinforcements, main/secondary support beam connection, build-up beams, rafter purlin connection, applications in structural panels/wood frame construction and compression perpendicular to grain and shear reinforcements.

Due to the full thread screw connections can be produced which can stand high bearing loads.

The screw is produced either with a cheese head or a countersunk milling pocket head. It can be hardened, galvanized and yellow or blue passivated.

 

A plastic slide coating reduces the screw-in torque, so that less power is needed for the handling.

Since drilling and screwing can be done in one work step you are capable with the ASSY plus VG to produce screw connections in a time and cost saving way which were up to now difficult to handle.
